Cancellation Policy At Luxe&Duke
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time exclusively for you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty charge of 50% of your service cost.
This will be charged to your account and can be paid upon your next visit.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@luxeandduke.co.nz or calling us at the salon which you have booked your appointment.
